Gestura Silver Chef's Slotted Spoon

Use this silver slotted chef’s spoon to lift eggs from their poaching water or fish from a hot pan. It’s a versatile tool for pro chefs and home cooks.

Made from Japanese stainless steel, the spoon can withstand very high temperatures. You can use it to remove fried foods from hot oil or vegetables from boiling water.

Liquid falls through the holes in the spoon - perfect for jars of olives and pickles.

The spoon has a long, elegant handle. It can reach to the bottom of your deepest pans and containers. It’s great for stirring large pans of rice or beans.

Inspired by tarnished steel cutlery found at flea markets, the spoons are left unpolished. This gives them an imperfect, matte finish. Each spoon is stamped, etched and finished by hand on a lathe.

The slotted spoon has a hole at the end of the handle, where the solid spoon has a solid handle, so you can easily grab the right spoon from your utensil jar while cooking.
