At Sous Chef UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your culinary purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully repackage the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact and fragile items are securely padded for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized courier location, or arrange for a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
