Valentina's salsa picante, or hot sauce, is a great chilli sauce with flavour as well as heat. Valentina hot sauce is made from puya and serrano chilli peppers giving it citrusy notes and a medium heat.
Add Valentina hot sauce to a Mexican salsa or use it to accompany Mexican snacks 'botanas' - on chicharones, in huevos rancheros or simply with chips.
