Gyoza Dumpling Set

Use this kit to make perfect fried Japanese dumplings. Place a gyoza dumpling skin on the castanet-like tool, use the spatula to stuff the filling in the centre, and snap it shut to neatly crimp the edges. Boil, deep-fry or steam, and then serve with a soy, rice wine and sesame oil dipping sauce.
